MUMBAI: Yesterday the entire entertainment industry woke up to the most shocking news of Sushant Singh Rajput passing away as the actor committed suicide at his residence in Bandra.

The news sent shockwaves in Bollywood as well as the television industry. The reason why the actor took such a drastic step is still unknown. Apparently, there is news doing the rounds that the actor was suffering from depression since the past six months. Sushant rose to fame with his performance as Manav in Balaji Telefilms' Pavitra Rishta and became a household name. The news shocked the entire cast and still, the actors are in disbelief to what has happened.

Veteran actor Usha Nadakarni, who had essayed the role of Sushant’s mother in the serial said that she is shocked after the news broke out to her, she still can’t understand what went wrong.

While talking to a leading broadcast channel the actress said that recently Ankita Lokande had made a Pavitra Rishta group on WhatsApp to celebrate 11 years of the serial, where all the actors were present except for Sushant.

The actors in the group used to request to add Sushant but he wasn't made a part of the group and nobody knew why. She revelated that the group was made by Ankita Lokhande. She also said that she wasn’t in touch in with him as both somewhere were caught up with their own work.

Since the news of his passing away broke out condolences are pouring in from the industry but his ex-girlfriend Ankita, to ex - rumoured girlfriend Kirti Sanon and present rumoured Girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty have kept numb about the incident and haven’t yet said anything.

Well, it’s the most tragic news as an upcoming talent like Sushant is no more among us.
