Beautiful and charismatic Vaishnavi Dhanraj, who wowed the audiences with her portrayal as Jhanvi in Colors’ Na Aana Iss Des Laado, has been away from the television space for quite some time now. Vaishnavi and Nitin got married on 23 December 2012, after a year of courtship. The couple got married according to Vedic rituals, followed by a reception in Dehradun. We got in touch with Vaishnavi to know about her life post marriage and she shared, “Life has been great after marriage. We went to Goa for our honeymoon as nothing had been pre-planned. Initially, we had planned to stay there for four to five days but ended up enjoying the moment for twelve days.” She continued, “Nothing has changed after marriage. In fact, I now have two families to love and pamper me. Nitin is a very sorted and loving husband. For now, I am enjoying this phase of my life. I am taking care of interior and household stuff and sometimes I also cook for Nitin.” When asked about the prospects of her getting back to television, Vaishnavi stated, “Right now I am in the process of going through scripts, but am not finding anything appealing. I am looking forward to performance-oriented roles rather than doing the same regular stuff. The channel and production house does not matter for me; all that I want is a good character. After my appearance in Crime Patrol (Sony TV) where I played a psycho killer, I would love to do negative roles in future.” We wish you all the very best, Vaishnavi!!!
