Loyal viewers of Star Plus’ Humko Tumse Ho Gaya Hai Pyaar Kya Karein (Panorama Entertainment) have been seeing some entertaining drama with Anokhi (Ishaani Sharma) saving Tushar (Varun Toorkey) from a fire accident. 

Yes, we are speaking about the fire sequence wherein Anokhi had got caught, and Tushar had rushed to save her. However, in the end, it was Tushar who fainted, and Anokhi had heroically rescued him out of the fire. 

Well, this was indeed a heroic sequence for Varun Toorkey to shoot!! We are saying so, because the actor actually had a brush with fire while shooting for the scene. 

As per a source, “A minor accident happened while filming this fire sequence. Varun did not deploy a dupe to shoot, and wanted to do the daring act himself. The fire got so intense, that Varun ended up nursing burns on his chest and hand.”

When contacted, Varun Toorkey aka Tushar told us, “Yes, accidents do happen and all is part of the game. Safety measures while shooting such sequences are important, but there are times when few things are not really in our control. I got a few burns on my chest and hand, but I am fine now, recovering well.”
