MUMBAI: ALTBalaji and ZEE5, two major home-grown platforms in the Indian OTT space are pushing boundaries and setting new standards and benchmarks in the industry. Together they’ve created some clutter-breaking content and now they are bringing a crime drama titled ‘Mumbhai’.  

The series will feature popular actor Angad Bedi playing the character of an encounter specialist along with Sikander Kher, who will portray the role of an underworld don. Both the actors have started shooting for the series.

TellyChakkar has learnt that the series will also star actor Vishwas Kini, who is known for his role of Bhandari in film Veere Di Wedding. He was also part of TV series City of Dreams and movie Raag Desh.

Vishwas will have pivotal role to play in the series.

The project is already on floors and will launch sometime in the next year (2020).
