Vipin Heero on being part of May I Come In Madam season 2: The show has been brought back due to popular demand

MUMBAI: Actor Vipin Kumar, who plays the role of Deepesh Bhan in Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli’s show “May I Come In Madam season 2”, says that the show’s comedy is it’s USP. He adds that cast of the show is also spectacular.

“The biggest USP of this show is that it is a comedy, and it was already a big hit before. Due to popular demand, it is being brought back, and this show features two heroines, whereas most other shows have only one heroine. So, this is also a significant USP. All the actors, including our hero Sajan, are outstanding. So, what more could be a bigger USP than this,” he says.

Ask him if he feels any pressure of delivering a hit, and he says, “As for the other artists, I don't know how much pressure they might be under since they have already done the show. I don't think they should feel any pressure. As for me, this is my first time doing this show, and the character I am portraying was previously played by Deepesh, who unfortunately is not with us anymore. The audience loved him a lot, and I will try my best to live up to the love he received. My effort will be to reach the audience in the same way he did, and for now, that's my goal.”

Talking about working with producers Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli, he says, “I am working with Binaiferr Ma'am and Sanjay sir for the second time, and going forward, I'll be working with the Edit II production team. The first show I did was on Jijaji Chat Par Hai. Working with Sanjay sir and Binaiferr Ma'am is always enjoyable because it doesn't feel like work. They treat you like family, and they treat their artists like family members. So, nothing could be better than that.”

Many comedy shows have double meaning jokes. But this one is different, he says, adding, “I just want to say this about double meaning jokes. I don't think anyone should have a problem with them. We've heard and seen them in many shows before. There is always a fine line that we don't cross because we are being shown on television, and our directors and writers are mindful of this to avoid any controversy. Other than that, I don't think there should be any issue with it.”
