Ace film maker Mahesh Bhatt’s life has been larger-than-life, and the telly town now awaits the biopic made on this ace personality…

Well, we are talking about the joint venture of Mahesh Bhatt along with Guroudev Bhalla and Dhaval Gada for Star Plus.

News coming in is that the makers are now all set to shoot the pilot…

And the big name roped in to play the central role of the lead in the biopic will be none other than Viraf Phiroz Patel.

Yes, this show is expected to bring him back to TV post Ek Boond Ishq on Life OK.

As per reliable sources, “There have been many changes made with regards to the lead actors in the show. After an extensive search and many short listings, the hunt for the male lead has now come to a halt, with Viraf more or less coming on board. He looks to be the apt choice and the channel and makers wish to crack the deal at the latest with Viraf.”

When contacted, Viraf simply refused to comment on this piece of news.

Talking about Viraf, he is no doubt one of the finest actors around, and his fans will surely be thrilled to see him get back with yet another unique show. After coming to the limelight with Mahi Way, Rishta.com, Kismat and Ek Boond Ishq, this will be yet another biggie for Viraf, if things do fall in place….

We tried buzzing Producer Guroudev Bhalla to get a confirmation, but he did not revert to our calls and messages. Bhalla and Gada have their popular show Udann on air on Colors. They are also working on a show for Life OK (already reported by us).
