With a heavy heart, Vivek was too scared to speak to his father with the thought that he would break down. Seeing him weak for shatter him. Among all, it was obvious that he was also worried about how his grandmother would cope with the news of her husband’s death.

But as surprised as one can sound, one of the most a commendable attributes about Vivek’s grandmother is her positivity and as soon as Vivek reached, she asked him whether he reached comfortably, even when there was a bigger reason for her not to care about him at that point of time.

Vivek took to Instagram to share his emotions for the loss of his grandfather and also shared a picture with his grandmother beginning with a caption of how her aura of positivity builds a wall around everyone she loves.

Her aura of positivity builds a wall around everyone she loves. Unfortunately I lost my dadaji day before yesterday. A whirlwind of emotions took over, although he was 93, losing a loved one is never easy. So many things unsaid, so many more moments that could have been cherished, I thought to myself as I rushed off on the next flight. I was too scared to speak to my father, the thought of him breaking down, the thought of catching him weak shook me up. And then the moment came -after the flight and a long drive I finally reached my family. In the midst of a gathering of around 200 people, I walked up to my dadi ma full of emotions and she smiled and lovingly asked me, "daoon poonch gaya ke?” Did you reach comfortably? I was dumbstruck by her strength! Post the cremation ceremony, with a heavy heart and eyes filled, I spent sometime with her and she told me, "He was 93, he lived a great life. I want you all to smile because your grandfather was a lucky man, blessed to have his children take care of him. There should be no one crying as he's a happy soul and every time we remember him, we should smile!" A farmer, in her young days she had sown seeds, harvested crops and with it all physically fought with anyone who would ever try to bully her! She still does that even today by sowing seeds of happiness in her family, fighting and warding off all negativity. She’s 86 but no one dared to cry in front of her. Her strength, her positivity walled off everything around us once again. This lesson shall stay with me forever! #LessonsOfLife #LiveTheMoments
