MUMBAI: Puja Banerjee got married to boyfriend and famous actor Kunal Verma in April, last year. After 11 year of togetherness, the couple had a court marriage and later Puja informed us that they wanted to have a grand ceremony but due to lockdown it couldn't happen. They were planning a marriage ceremony with all the rituals with their loved ones. Although things didn't go as per plan as the lockdown got extended for over a year. In the meanwhile, the couple got blessed with a baby boy. However, the actress is in no mood to give up on her dream wedding.

In a recent conversation with us, Puja revealed that their plan of having a proper marriage ceremony is on and now their son Krishiv will also attend it. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, they have not decided the date yet. 

Talking about it, Puja told, "We will definitely get married with all the rituals. But yes we will not spend a lot of money. As the scenarios have changed now. The world is going through a lot. So, I really don't want to waste money. But I definitely want to fulfil my dream of taking saath phere. Bas is baar Papa ke saath ghodi pe beta bhi baithega. Our son (Krishiv) will never complain to us that you people did not invite me for your wedding."

Ask her if they have zeroed down a date and the actress replies, "This time we aren't planning anything. Because before this whenever we planned to have a proper marriage ceremony, things got cancelled. So now we are just waiting for things to get normal and everything is settled. As people are really very sad around us. We want the world to be happy again, only then will we do it."
