MUMBAI: Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka on Colors was much loved for its love story. The audience adored the chemistry between the lead actors and the different twists and turns the narrative had to offer.

Starring Shakti Arora, Drashti Dhami, Abhinav Shukla and Aditi Sharma in the lead roles, the show had grabbed headlines owing to the bold concept. It did exceptionally well on the charts at the beginning but slowly lost its charm and couldn’t maintain the required TRP rating.

The show was pulled down from the television screens but continued streaming on Colors’ online portal Voot. It soon regained its viewership. After the culmination of the first season, the second season was introduced, which had Aneri Vajani, Tejasswi Prakash Wayangankar, Kunal Jaisingh, and Rohan Gandotra in the central roles. The second season has also ended, and there are already reports about season three being planned.

Well, we believe that when a show, especially a digital one, has run its course but still has viewers expressing their love for it, it is mostly a good idea on the part of the makers to give it a logical end, not drag it infinitely, and introduce freshness with a new season instead. That way, the audience love and the charm of the show are maintained.
