MUMBAI: The episode starts with Goenkas having landed in deep trouble after they incur a loss of Rs 500 crores in the business. Manish subsequently suffers a heart attack due to stress. Manish is the hospital undergoing treatment while Naira stands helplessly not knowing what to do.

Everyone in the family gets tensed about Manish's deteriorating health and hopes for a miracle to happen. Naira, who is upset with the way things have shaped up, expresses her anger in front of God and asks him why he is insensitive. She asks him why he throws challenges at them and proves how unjust he is. Naira loses hope and looks like she has lost confidence too.

Meanwhile, Badi Dadi and Devyani reach City Hospital with Krish to visit Manish before he undergoes surgery to treat his blocked arteries. Badi Dadi meets Naira and instils hope in her by saying she is capable of handling the toughest of situations. Badi Dadi explains how Naira's mother dealt with multiple responsibilities and succeeded in them.

After speaking with Badi Dadi, Naira feels hopeful and decided not to give up until attempting once. Naira decides she will do her best and leave the rest to God.

Later in the day, Naira and Kartik visit their office to work proposals for the investors who have given a day. They have just about a few hours left to complete their work and get ready for the meeting.

During the meeting, Kartik picthes multiple proposals but investors don't approve of any. They begin to lose their temper at him by saying they wasted their time by giving them a chance. When they start protesting, Naira gets reminded of an instance when she met a few kids selling toys and handicrafts in Rishikesh during a fair.

Naira instantly gets an idea and shares the same with the investors. She says that they can display their jewellery in an exclusive exhibition that can be attended only by those who have an invite. She says they have about 250 contacts who can become their potential buyers.

Kartik receives a message from Akhil stating that Manish is all set to undergo surgery. Kartik rushes to the hospital while Naira stays back in the office.

Later in the day, after Manish undergoes surgery, he asks Kartik to request investors to give them some time. But he is happy to know that Naira has managed to seek time from them. Kartik is happy after investors approve Naira's proposal and agree to continue as per the plan.
