MUMBAI: The episode begins with Kartik telling the hotel staff to show him the CCTV footage of the cyber cafe to check who accessed his account and why. But even after gaining access to the clip, Kartik fails to see the person's face because of poor video quality. However, he looks determined to get into the depth of the case to trap the hacker by taking assistance from the hotel manager.

Meanwhile, at the Goenka Villa, Badi Dadi prepares the 'shagun ki thaal' for Vedika on behalf of her maayka. Vedika is overwhelmed for receiving so much love from people who aren't biologically related to her. She has none to call her own but a friend named Pallavi Vyas, who happens to be a doctor.

Elsewhere, Naira plays the treasure hunt game with Kairav and Lisa to make her son happy and divert his attention from his father. Later, she fixes up an appointment with the doctor recommended by her physician, and incidentally, she turns out to be Pallavi Vyas.

The episode takes an exciting turn from here. Vedika visits Pallavi's clinic with Kartik to invite her to the wedding ceremony. Naira, Kairav and Lisa, who visit the clinic at the same time, wait outside her cabin. When Vedika and Kartik step out after meeting Pallavi, Kairav sees his father. He starts running behind Kartik as he walks towards the exit door.

Just before exiting the clinic, Vedika's leg gets twisted, and Kartik saves her from falling. Naira, who wanted to stop Kairav from meeting Kartik, feels shattered after seeing her husband with someone else. But she holds her emotions as she doesn't wish to let Kairav know that she is sad. Kairav wonders why his father went away without meeting him while Kartik feels he has left something behind. A little later, when Naira visits the doctor in her cabin, she finds Kartik and Vedika's wedding card lying on the table.
