Khurana started his career with modelling in Delhi.[2] After he made his television career with the role of Vansh in Uttaran on Colors TV.[3] and Won New Talent Award for Best New Actor in a Supporting Role.[9] After he played in Miley Jab Hum Tum as Dhruv.[10] He also appeared in Maayke Se Bandhi Dor as Bhaskar.[11] In 2011, He made his filming career with the role of Sunder in Hindi film Men Will Be Men.[12] After he appeared in 2012 Tamil film Billa II as Satish Kumar, Telugu film Sangamam as Cameo and Punjabi film Dil Tainu Karda Ae Pyar as a cop.[13] He also appeared in 2013 Punjabi film Singh vs Kaur.[14] In 2013, He bagged for the lead role of Madhav a.k.a RJ Ehsaas[15] in Sony TV's show Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat,[16][17] where he played the role of Ugly man.[18] November 2013, He roped for a negative role of Shaurya Singhania in Sasural Simar Ka,[19] opposite Falaq Naaz.
