MUMBAI: Actress Muskaan Agarwal, known for her roles in popular web series like Palang Tod, Charmsukh, and Namkeen Kisse, is once again making headlines with her latest reality-based web show House Arrest, currently streaming on ULLU. In an exclusive interaction, Muskaan shares her thoughts on the show, her experience, and what sets this project apart.
Talking about the USP of House Arrest, Muskaan shares, “Well, it’s like Bigg Boss, and the USP—you will get to know after you watch the show. It’s an amazing concept and when you watch it, you’ll find it truly unique.”
When asked what prompted her to take up the show, she reveals, “I chose this project because I love experimenting. Initially, I didn’t want to go, but just two days before, I said yes. There were many challenges that I explored. Living in a house with people, away from social media and phones, was itself a big challenge.”
Before House Arrest, Muskaan was seen in the ALTBalaji series Namkeen Kisse. On her upcoming ventures, she adds with a smile, “So let’s wait and watch what’s next.”
Sharing her perspective on reality shows, she candidly says, “Reality shows are like a punishment. Though it is fun and full of drama, you learn a lot from it which you wouldn’t in real life. I haven’t seen many changes in myself, but in such shows you understand the value of food, sleep, and how to take care of your things. Though I had already learnt the importance of these things quite early in life.”
Muskaan also opened up about her experience with the show's host Ajaz Khan. “It was nice. He used to make us understand where we went wrong. Even during our low phases, he helped us and we learned a lot. Of course, we were scolded at times too—but overall, the experience was very interesting.”
With her fearless approach to choosing bold and diverse roles, Muskaan Agarwal continues to surprise her audience. Whether it’s fiction or reality, she brings raw honesty and a unique spark to every project she takes on.
