What kinds of roles attract you?
As an actor, I like serious and emotional roles. In real life also I am a bit of a serious kind of a person. We do a lot of rom-coms, so now I am looking forward to doing something different.
You have been a part of many OTT series, but we haven’t seen you in movies. So, are you not getting good offers for movies or are you being choosy?
Yes, I have become a bit choosy, but as such I haven’t received any big offer of a film, and whatever offer I am getting I do not like it. Also, I don’t differentiate between OTT shows and films. For me, both things are the same. If a film is offered then it’s very good, but if I get a show also I will be happy with it.
Tell us something about your upcoming projects.
There’s a show for Amazon mini TV that I am shooting right now. Then there are other projects in the pipeline; there’s a Hindi film that I have already shot for.
