What kinds of roles attract you?
Anything that makes a larger difference to the whole narrative of the project and a character that has a transformation through the show attracts me. The best part about doing what we do as an actor is that we can keep switching it up.
You have been a part of many OTT series, but we haven’t seen you in many movies. So, are you not getting good offers for movies or you are being choosy?
When I was growing up I was very enamoured by the big screen. At that time, the web was not even there for us, so if you wanted to become an actor, you could have done stage, film or television. But, thanks to OTT it doesn’t matter where you come from. It has given so many opportunities to people like us who don’t belong to film families. So, that is why I feel it’s easier to break into the OTT space. But, as far as films are concerned it is still a dream, but I would like to do something that is substantial.
Tell us something about your upcoming projects.
I am working in the web space. I have a show and I am also meeting a couple of directors. So, let’s see.
