MUMBAI:   Actor Gagan Dev Riar is grabbing the attention of the fans and audience as he is all set to be seen in the upcoming ott show titled Scam 2003. During the exclusive interaction with Tellychakkar he spoke in detail about his upcoming series Scam 2003 the Telgi story and also on his character preparation

Gagan Dev Riar on the response of the trailer

As we all know Scam 1992 The Harshad Mehta story, has set a benchmark in terms of performances and now all eyes are on the season 2 that is Scam 2003 The Telgi Story. Actor Gagan Dev Riar says that he is getting some amazing response from the fans for the trailer and it is like a magic happened in his life, the actor adds, everyone in his family are surprised and shocked to see such a beautiful response just for the trailer.

As we all know the actor would be seen playing Abdul Karim Telgi in the series. Gagan Dev Riar said he had to go through intense preparation which includes things like he had to learn the way Telgi was talking and the tone of his language. He had to understand his walking style and body language by watching few of his videos all over the net. Also very important, he has gained 19 to 20 kgs to look like Abdul Karim Telgi

Gagan Dev Riar on facing any pressure of comparison

Scam 1992 the Harshad Mehta story is remembered for such a beautiful performance of the actor Pratik Gandhi and on asking about the comparison the actor Gagan Dev Riar says that it is very much difficult to compare because Pratik Gandhi had played Harshad Mehta and he will be playing Abdul Karim Telgi. They are two different people playing 2 different personalities, but he adds, there will be comparison because ‘kuch To Log Kahenge Logon Ka kam hai Kehna’
