MUMBAI: Hiren Rathod, who has been impressing fans with his acting contribution in projects like Mukesh Jasoos and The Big Bull, always trying to deliver something different. He is not only into acting but also into casting.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with Hiren Rathod with regard to his acting journey. He spoke in detail about his life before joining the industry.

Hiren Rathod on his acting journey

Hiren Rathod revealed that despite coming from a small town in Gujarat, since childhood, he had a dream to see himself on screen. He decided to be the part of acting industry. He was pursuing civil engineering but that did not excite him. He always wanted to do something creative. He later joined an acting institute to learn more in detail about acting and direction where he also got to know about film making direction and casting. The actor also revealed that initially, when he was not getting any offers, he had joined the casting department to survive in Mumbai city. The very first acting break was with the movie Chhichhore, which has the late Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor in the leading roles.

Hiren Rathod on facing downfalls and rejections

Not only in acting but also in any profession, there are ups and downs, and to deal with such situations the actor always stayed positive. He had seen a rough patch where he had worked in casting for survival. He always stayed positive and focused towards his goal.

Hiren Rathod on his acting inspiration

Since childhood, he has been watching Shah Rukh Khan movies. He has a dream to work with the superstar. The actor loves him not only for his acting but also for the human being he is. No doubt superstar Shah Rukh Khan is indeed one of the major reasons for many to come into acting world.

Hiren Rathod on the rough patch of his life

The actor revealed that he was in 4th standard when he lost his father. That was the most difficult time of his life. Till today, he considers that the rough period of his life.
