MUMBAI: Kadak Singh has been the topic of conversation as everyone was eager for the release of the movie. The movie is out and available to stream on ZEE5 now. The movie stars Pankaj Tripathi, Sanjana Sanghi, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Jaya Ahsan, Paresh Pahuja, and many more. The movie is directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and produced by WIZ Films along with KVN Productions. This is the first Hindi film of Bangladeshi actress Jaya Ahsan.

In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar, the director of Kadak Singh, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhary revealed a lot of interesting things when asked about his experience of working in both Hindi and Bengali cinema, his movies – Lost, Pink, Kadak Singh and much more.

Talking about Pink, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury said that it was an important movie at that time for everyone and so he and his team were committed to tell that story.

Talking about Lost, the director said that it was the same as Pink. The movie showed the role of a journalist in that world, how there are some people who take things very seriously and go really far with it.

Talking about Kadak Singh, the director said that it is about how a government officer gives effort to solve something and tell people the truth.

Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury on working in both Hindi and Bengali cinema

Sharing his experience, director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury said that a film is a film, the language is different, and the effort is the same. Explaining further, the director said that you would love your one kid in Bengal the same way you would love your other kid who lives in New York or Mumbai so the same way, a film is a baby and one should give it the same kind of love and effort to it. He added that being a Bengali, he used to dream in Bengali and now he dreams in Hindi as well but the expression is the same.

Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury on whether or not the collection matters to him

Stating his priority, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury said that when we make a baby, does it matter if it becomes a Sachin Tendulkar or a Sushmita Sen or a Kalpana Chawla? Putting his point forward, the director said that you make a baby and then you believe in that, you want to bring someone on this Earth, and similarly he wants to tell a story with utter honesty. He adds that not all stories we make can be a huge hit and so he doesn’t see collection but sees love for his movies and how truthful he is to tell his stories.
