The actress ever since her song ‘Kanta Laga’ has gained massive attention and there was no looking back for the actress after that, she has been part of some amazing shows like Nach Baliye 5, Nach Baliye 7, Bigg Boss 13, Baby Come Naa and now the actress is all set for her upcoming web series Ratri Ke Yatri. 

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actress Shefali Jariwala with regards to her upcoming web series, where she spoke about getting typecast as a bold actress and the types of roles she looks forward to do. 

SHEFALI JARIWALA ON HER UPCOMING WEB SERIES RATRI KE YATRI 2.0 AND HER CHARACTER IN THE SHOW 

Expressing your excitement actress Shefali Jariwala revealed that it was a dream come true moment for her when she got this offer. The actress revealed after the lockdown she wanted to do something different and out of the box and when she got the script of this web series she immediately said yes. The actress who was looking forward to doing something different from a long time revealed that this type of character was never done by her before. Throwing some light on her character the actress revealed she will be seen playing the role of a prostitute and her journey will be shown in the show with some mix of emotion. Her character is very complex, the fans will also see different layers in her character, and also shares that it was a great learning process for her also

SHEFALI JARIWALA THROWS LIGHT ON HER SHOOTING EXPERIENCE 

It was a different shooting experience altogether because she had to play the role of prostitute in the web series, the actress also revealed that it was a great shooting journey collaborating with some amazing bunch of talented people and portraying the life of someone who is completely opposite to you. The actress also reveals that we have seen many movies and series made on the life of prostitutes but this series not only throws light on them but on their life and emotions as well, which will surely be loved by the fans. The actress also revealed that towards the end of the shoot the entire cast and crew were very emotional as the shooting process had their heart. 

SHEFALI JARIWALA ON DOING BOLD CHARACTERS ON SCREEN 

The actress revealed that after her song ‘Kanta Laga’ she was typecast as the bold actress in the industry. She shares that she always looked forward to doing something different but she was getting similar offers, since then she became very choosy and wanted to show a different side of her acting to the fans. The actress reveals the bold scene in the series should have relevance and should add value to the entire project then only it makes sense and the actress also reveals that she is open to do any type of character in different genres, she is not looking forward to do any specific genre. It should be the story telling and the character which should be exciting to do a particular project.
