MUMBAI: Web series Puncch Beat Season 2 is getting some rave reviews from the fans all over, the series is getting love for its amazing storytelling, some great casting and solid screenplay, well the cast of the show includes Siddharth Sharma, Priyank Sharma, Niki Walia, Samir Soni, Harshita Gaur, Khushi Joshi among others.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the talent manager Nikeeta Bhambhani whose talents were seen in the web show Puncch Beat Season2, Nikeeta Bhambhani from Nibham managed talents like, Samir Soni, Niki Walia, Rushad Rana, Priyank Sharma and Nikhil Bhambri. On collaborating with ALT Balaji Nikeeta said, “The show had an outdoor schedule during the pandemic, of course there were challenges & hiccups right from contracts to on set requirements; but thanks to all the professionals. All the minor issues were ironed out instantly & our rapport with Alt Balaji was solid and the schedule was smooth. Overall it was a great experience and would love to collaborate with them again soon”

She also spoke about the sort of challenges that come on while providing talents, Nikeeta says, “With newer platforms getting launched, with brilliant content coming in specially in OTT and so much competition with such good actors around, it is always challenging to provide talent. There are also so many channels an actor’s audition has to get approved from and also reaching the right channel or getting the right project for the artist and the right talent for the production, it' is always challenging but since I love what I do, the hunger keeps increasing to nail every project.”

She also revealed about the process of finalizing a particular talent for a project, she says, “The process starts from contacting the casting directors and production houses as and when we know what projects they are doing, or if they have approached me,  get the project details, read the script, characters  and as per the script pitch the artists who I think fit the bill best, keeping in mind the background and strengths each artist perseus, and also what may interest them as well.”

On asking what she looks for in a project before allotting the talents, she says, “In any project the content, story needs to be good. As an audience I personally should be able to watch it for me to pitch my talent, if I don't believe in the story and it won't be watchable for me I won't do justice to the actors either. The story of any project and then the team executing it is the most important. Also keeping in mind each artist's career graph and what may challenge them or interest them and if I think that script or project will do good to the production and the artist then allot them accordingly.”

“Thankfully so far whoever has worked with Nibham has had a great experience and we have always delivered what the artists have required. We also work hand in hand with the production houses so that, both the Producers and the Artists are happy.  However there are times when artists do get approached by bigger agencies which hasn't threatened me because I have managed to have that rapport and loyalty with each one of them. It has been my honesty and loyalty that has kept them along with the belief I  have in each one of them to not just manage the nitty gritties but also make a shining career graph for each of them.” Nikeeta concludes.
