MUMBAI : Sushant Singh started his journey with the film Satya, and later starred in many movies like Kaun, Jungle, The Legend of Bhagat Singh, and others. He is also making a mark on OTT and has starred in series like Rangbaaz, City Of Dreams, Rana Naidu and others.  

TellyChakkar recently interacted with Sushant and when asked what makes him say yes to a project, the actor said, “It’s always been the same. Is the script a page-turner or not? Primarily, you are a leader, if you are not interested in a book or a script’s next page, then it is not exciting for you. So, that’s my first parameter. If it’s a page-turner for me, next thing I see if my character is good enough.”

In the past few years, Sushant has done very few movies but he has been doing very well on OTT. When asked if he is not getting good offers for movies, the actor said, “I have been getting really good offers on OTT and I am really not getting any offers for movies. Barely one or two movies must have been offered in the past few years and one of them was Good Luck Jerry which I did. So, yes, movies are not being offered much and the ones that are being offered I am not able to say yes to. But, as an actor I am enjoying OTT; It’s a good phase.”

Sushant Singh will next be seen in The Freelancer which is slated to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on 1st September.
