MUMBAI: Nakuul Mehta is no doubt one of the most loved and followed actors we have in the industry. We have seen some beautiful characters of getting immense love from fans. He is now all set to be seen in an upcoming short movie titled Tasalli Se on Amazon Mini TV. 

In an exclusive interaction with TellyChakkar, this is what Nakuul Mehta had to say about his upcoming movie and what made him say yes to the project. 

Nakuul Mehta on the short movie Tasalli Se 

The actor says that when he got the script, he really loved it. The story is close to his heart. He resonated with the characters. Nakuul says that the short movie has only two characters on screen for 24 minutes. The story is about two friends, Somesh and Ranjan, who are meeting after a long gap, and have a small fight. Nakuul also adds that he is very proud about being a part of this project. 

Nakuul Mehta on reconnecting with his old friends 

As we see from the trailer, the short movie is based on old friends coming together after a gap. Nakuul says that it was during the lockdown that he thought of reconnecting with his old friends. His thoughts went back to some friendship in the past, and when he heard the script, he felt very emotional.

Nakuul Mehta on selecting script 

Nakuul says that the script should talk to him and should move him immediately. If a particular script makes him think and moves him as an actor and as the audience, he will definitely say yes for the same.
