MUMBAI : After the grand success of Special Ops, which premiered on Disney+Hotstar, the makers are back with another mindblowing season, which is the story of the character Himmat Singh, played by Kay Kay Menon. This new web series, which is the prequel of the show, is titled Special Ops 1.5. Team Telly Chakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the Kay Kay Menon on the show and the changes in this prequel.

Kay Kay Menon on special Ops 1.5

The character of  Himmat Singh, which was played by the Kay Kay Menon, was no doubt immensely loved by fans. When he heard the script of the new season, the actor said he was very excited to play the same character with different shades. He said that the team had recalibrate the character Himmat Singh but the essence is the same. Fans will get to see different shades of the character and how he became the Himmat Singh they have seen in Special Ops.

Kay Kay Menon on his favourite scenes

The actor says that he has no favourite, because the entire journey of Special Ops and the new season is very special to him. It is the people who are associated with the show and the lovely script, which makes the show very special for him.

No doubt it is always a treat to watch Kay Kay Menon in different characters, and we are eagerly waiting for this Special Ops 1.5, which will premiere on Disney+Hotstar on 12th November.
