He spent 20 years in the media and entertainment industry, working his way up from an Executive Producer and Scheduler to finally realizing his long-held aspiration of becoming a producer. MX Player's latest thriller drama series, 'Meri Pyari Nikkii,' is the project that gave Verma the chance to bring his creative vision to life after dedicating more than two decades to the industry. Set in the bustling city of Mumbai, ‘Meri Pyari Nikkii’ is a gripping tale of a courier boy who targets women in happy marriages and demands that they love him like a real wife would. The series follows the twisted journey of the protagonist as he weaves a web of lies and deceit, leaving a trail of death and destruction in his wake. Produced by Harishankar Verma under the banner of Shoorra Films, Meri Pyari Nikki is written and directed by Rajeev Singh. The 5-episodic thriller drama features an ensemble cast of Anuj Jadhav, Rajeev Singh, Khushi Dani, Vivek Tripathi, Anuj Bhardwaj, and Pradeep Kumar Tiwari in pivotal roles.
