MUMBAI: One of the most loved web series of all time Illegal which was premiered on Voot Select is back with another mind blowing season. Ever since the trailer of season 2 was out the fans for eagerly waiting for the show and today finally the show is out and here is the complete review of the show.

The story of this fresh new season once again deals with Niharika Singh played by Neha Sharma who is also known as the mad lawyer, who is now more fearless and can do anything for the right things. This is the ultimate battle between Niharika Singh and Janardhan Jaitley which is played by Piyush Mishra. How Janardhan Jaitley in the entire series tries to pull down Niharika Singh is something amazingly show on in the show with the backdrop of the ongoing cases, and how  this face off takes turns is something amazing to see.

The screenplay of the show is very gripping, right from the very first seen the storytelling will engage you and manages to keep you hooked and booked to your seats also the direction given by Ashwani Chaudhary is decent.

Talking about the performances no doubt it is out and out Neha Sharma show, once again the actress has aced her character of the mad lawyer Niharika Singh in a fabulous way, yet again we can see different side of the actress Neha Sharma in the show. No doubt it was a treat to watch versatile actor Piyush Mishra. Akshay Oberoi on the other hand will surely grab your attention with his screen presence. Tanuj Virwani and Parul Gulati we are also decent on their part.

Talking about the positive points of the show it has to be the strong writing which can be seen through the scenes, the screenplay of the show is very gripping and it never allows your attention level to go down except in few portion in between. The performances given by every actor are the major high points of the show. Special mention to the BGM which surely enhances your viewing experience. The dialogue writing is also beautifully done especially during the court room scenes and also the argument and the verbal fight during the court scenes are the treat to watch. The subject of social media and its pros and cons are beautifully highlighted in the show.

Talking about the negative points of the show, the series looks a little dragged between but again the great performances by the actor comes to rescue.

Having said all these points no doubt Illegal season 2 has all the elements which will engage you till the last scene. Team TellyChakkar goes with 3.5 for Illegal season 2.
