MUMBAI: Streaming giant ZEE5 will premiere “Comali”, initially released in 2019, starring Kajal Aggarwal, Samyukhta Hegde and Jayram Ravi in the lead

The Telugu dubbed comedy is directed by Pradeep Ranganathan. ZEE recently released the trailer of the film which looks like a laugh riot.

The plot showcases Ravi (Jayram Ravi) as a man recently out of coma after 16 years. He struggles to cope with the modern world and its innovations.

He is on a mission to identify his true self and his connection with his past love, played by Samyukhta Hegde. Comali translates as ‘clown’ in English.

The film marks the first collaboration between Ravi and Aggarwal, and the second collaboration between Ravi and Hiphop Tamizha, after the 2015 film “Thani Oruvan”.

The film’s soundtrack is composed by Hiphop Tamizha, marking their second alliance with Jayam Ravi. The film was released on August 15 2019.
