TellyChakkar.com brings to you an exclusive information about Puneet Issar’s son Siddhant Issar coming up with an interesting short-film titled Resurrection - Jaago Aur Jiyo.

Apart from being the male lead of the project, Siddhant has also written and directed the same.

Resurrection - Jaago Aur Jiyo is a story about the suicidal thoughts and mental illness that peaked during COVID-19 pandemic. Actress Kanishka Soni will be seen as the female lead of the show.

When contacted, Kanishka confirmed the buzz and said, “It is a very interesting project and the reason why I took it up was because I could relate to my character a lot as I also went through the same trauma during the lockdown. Few of my projects that I signed got postponed while others got cancelled. I was relying on the remuneration that would follow post these projects and hence I faced a financial crunch as well. However, I took a spiritual part and things started to get better”.

Kanishka was a part of Fati Padi Hai Yaar.
