Sai Tamhankar revealed about how we know Madhur Bhandarkar being known for his hard-hitting storytelling. When she got the opportunity for this movie, she was really impressed with the character and believed that this is the story which needs to be told, because India Lockdown is not a story of lockdown, but a story of hope. This movie is a reminder for everyone to be grateful for the lifestyle we are living and she is very happy that the movie was offered to her.

Sai Tamhankar revealed that personally, she loves characters where there is an opportunity to deglam yourself. It definitely gives an opportunity to focus more on the performance. As an actor, she always looks forward to play such different characters and this one is one of them. This movie and this character will always remain special in her heart.
