MUMBAI: One of the leading OTT platforms Amazon Prime Video is known for rolling out web content which are path-breaking, griping and unique in its own ways.
One of the web-series which gained immense popularity is Mirzapur. The series made a mark in the industry and has become the most watched series in the country.
Amazon Prime recently returned with the second season of Mirzapur. While actors like Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu Sharmaa, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Rasika Dugal and Harshita Gaur will reprise their roles, Vijay Varma, Priyanshu Painyuli, Isha Talwar are the new members of the cast this season. Mirzapur has been bankrolled by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar.
Mirzapur 2 has been receiving mixed reviews from the fans. However, it has already been well-watched.
Soon, makers will start working on the new season that is the third instalment!
So, what will happen next?
Now that Kaleen Bhaiya’s (Pankaj Tripathi) loyal henchman /bodyguard Maqbool (Shaji Chaudhary) has turned against Tripathi parivaar, Sharad Shukla (Anjum Sharma) who rescued Kaleen Bhaiya after he was shot by Guddu (Ali Fazal) and Golu (Shweta Tripathi Sharma), will become his right-hand man, only to betray him later.
In season 2 we saw Guddu Pandit and Munna Tripathi fighting for ‘Mirzapur ki Gaddi’, and Guddu Pandit winning the show.
Now, in season 3 we will see Guddu Pandit being challenged by Sharad Shukla to thrive on Mirzapur Ki Gaddi. Sharad is all set to take his dad’s revenge who was murdered by Guddu Pandit in Season 1.
