MUMBAI: Popular TV actor Chetan Hansraj has been evicted from ALTBalaji’s Lock Upp just five days after his entry into the captivity-based reality show.
Chetan had recently entered the show as 15th contestant. He frequently complained about the lack of various basic needs inside. He was seen provoking the other inmates and violating the rules of the game. He went against the makers of the show as well.
Instead of being chargesheeted by his co-contestants during the elimination rounds or getting voted out by viewers, Chetan was locked out of jail by the producers for misbehaving with jailor Karan Kundrra.
Chetan is often seen abusing the makers of the show and used the word 'tailor' instead of 'jailor' to insult Karan. Disappointed with Chetan's behaviour, Karan decided to eliminate him. In the latest promo, the Bigg Boss 15 contestant is seen giving him one minute to meet the inmates inside the jail.
Karan says, "You are my senior. That is why I am not showing any disrespect towards you. You have one minute to meet everyone in the jail."
However, post Chetan’s eviction, he took to his Instagram profile and shared a video where apologized to Karan. He wrote, “Sorry @kkundrra I'm very sorry for how I acted bro, I'm not like this, I really cracked under the pressure and said things that I regret.. love you bro and love all the contestants inside specially @munawar.faruqui who's like my little bro and we were bonding so well there.. all the fans out there pls do forgive me I made a mistake.”
