MUMBAI: TellyChakkar.com already reported about Director Shyam Kishore Sahu dedicatedly working on a short film titled Breaks. The story of Breaks will revolve around domestic violence and its impact.

We also reported about Casting Director turned actor Rudra Dhalaria being roped in for a prominent role.

Now, the latest update is that the makers have roped in newbie Khushboo Sharma to play the lead role in the short film. Khushboo hails from Jaipur.

TellyChakkar.com buzzed Shyam to know more about the project, he said, “The main theme of the project is domestic violence. With Breaks, we are trying to portray about how domestic violence can not only affect the victim but also have a great impact on the generations of the family and also on the society. The story of the project will highlight the mental status and problems that people face because of domestic violence. It will be a psychological thriller which will also focus on how domestic violence becomes a societal issue. We are currently in production stage and planning to release the project”.

Breaks will release on a digital platform.
