MUMBAI: Asad and Zoya are back to win your hearts one again, but this time in a different universe and with lots of action, thrill, and suspense. One of the most loved pairs of television, Surbhi Jyoti and Karan Singh Grover have managed to create the same magic on OTT platform with Qubool Hai 2.0. This reprised version is produced by Mrinal Jha, under MAJ Productions and directed by Glen Barretto and Ankush. It has an amazing cast like Priyal Gor, Vishal Nayak, Nehalaxmi Iyer, Mandira Bedi, and Arif Zakaria along with Karan and Surbhi.

The story this time revolves around Asad, who is on a mission, but his life changes after meeting Zoya, a runaway bride being chased by goons. How Asad manages the situation is interesting to watch.

The story of the show is weak, but the screenplay and storytelling are gripping and does not allow you to get bored. A simple story is told in an effective manner and raises your curiosity. The direction by Barretto and Ankush is good, and the locations covered are a treat to the eyes.

Talking about the performances, it is out-and-out Karan and Surbhi show. Karan Singh Grover as the intense Asad will win your heart, and Surbhi Jyoti as the cute Zoya will impress you. The other cast like Priyal Gor, Vishal Nayak, Nehalaxmi Iyer, Mandira Bedi, and Arif Zakaria have delivered a decent performance.

The positive points are the storytelling and the screenplay, which make a very simple story into a griping tale. The performances of the leads are a treat to watch, and the chemistry between Asad and Zoya is amazing. A special mention should be made to the background music of the show, which enhances your viewing experience at every point. The action scenes covered in the show are good to watch. Moreover, the twist in the plot is executed well and will keep you hooked to your seat.

The negative point is the storyline, which is very simple and has nothing new or different to offer. A few action sequences looked visibly animated, which disrupts your viewing experiences, and the story looks a little stretched in between.

Having said this, Qubool Hai 2.0 is complete rollercoaster ride of love and thrill, and you will relive the magic of Asad and Zoya once again.
