MUMBAI: Tellychakkar brings to you an exclusive interview from the director of an upcoming web series 'The Prayag Raj'. In our conversation with Anish Sharon Khan, we got an exclusive insight into how the show is going to reveal many secrets and be an eye-opener.

Anish Sharon, seemed quite excited about his next directorial venture, The Prayag Raj, which has an ensemble cast with actors like Adhyan Suman, Sameeksha Gaur, Mukesh Tiwari, Arham Abbasi, Deep Raj Rana, Vikram Kochar, Garima Jain, and Darpan Srivastava playing key roles. The series is likely to go on floor by 20th October. The web-series is going to be a political drama, based on the infamous case of Madhumita Shukla, who was an aspiring political leader caught in the web of money and power. The show will be produced by Vision Movie Makers, helmed by Raju Rai Singhaniya. The Casting Director of the series is Sonu Singh Rajput.

We asked Anish what inspires him to take up socio-political projects and he is quick to conclude ''Anurag Kashyap has always been my real source of inspiration, I look forward to his ideas and try to reflect them in my work''. Well, we are sure that the director has a long way to go and will churn out many such great shows.

Meanwhile, Anish Sharon Khan, has done several films, all based on real-life social issues. His film 'Zindagi Mumbai' was also screened at Cannes Film Festival and has garnered appreciation from people all over the world. He goes on to tell us about his recent film, 'Shukla The Terror' based on the life of the gangster, Shri Prakash Shukla, which was essayed by Arham Abbasi, who is known for television shows like Savdhan India, Baawre, Crime Patrol, and Suhani Si Ek Ladki.
