These five leading male actors from the television industry gave viewers an OTT debut to remember and cherish

Karan Wahi as Karan Malhotra in Sacred Games – Having stolen hearts countless times with his cute-boy looks, this TV heartthrob made his debut on the OTT space with India's first Netflix original series, Sacred Games. Playing the role of an actor who’s a controlling boyfriend filled with negative shades, audiences loved seeing Karan play a character that was completely different from any of his past performances.

Kushal Tandon as Rahul Nanda in Hum - I'm Because of Us – This handsome hunk debuted in the web world with Hum- I'm Because of Us by ALTBalaji. Though the show focusses on the strong bond between the three sisters, Kushal, with his impish good looks, is eye candy and a sight for sore eyes. Playing the character of Rahul, we saw one of our favourite TV stars show us just how good a flirt he is by being a womanizer.

Mohit Raina as Vedant Rathod in Kaafir – Known for his talent and versatility, the actor finally made his web debut with ZEE5's Kaafir. He played the role of a journalist and lawyer who fights for a Pakistan-occupied Kashmiri woman, named Kainaaz Akhtar, who finds herself on the Indian side of the border and is promptly declared a militant. Mohit played the role of Vedant Rathod so naturally that the show continues to rule the heart of the audience to this very day.

Karan Tacker as Farooq Ali in Special OPS – It was a delight for fans of Karan Tacker as they got to see the chocolate boy of Indian television make his digital bow with Hotstar's Special OPS. Karan played the role of a RAW agent which was much more challenging than any of his previous roles, as he had to undergo rigorous training to play the role perfectly. While he stared alongside the veteran actor Kay Kay Menon, Karan matched up to him in every scene together, biting into the meat of his character.

Ronit Roy as Rohit Mehra in Kehne ko Humsafar Hain – Having delivered memorable performances in countless serials and movies, fans of Ronit Roy screamed in delight when the veteran actor made his debut with ALTBalaji's web-series Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai. Kehne ko Humsafar Hain is the story of Rohit (Ronit), a 40-year-old married man, who is torn between the two women in his life along with his choices, responsibilities, and personal needs. This leading actor played the role of Rohit with utmost finesse going on to receive all kinds of rave reviews from audiences and critics alike.
