MUMBAI: Indian actress Wamiqa Gabbi started with a small role in Jab We Met but made her mark in with her role in Punjabi movie ‘Tu Mera 22 Main Tera 22’ that starred Yo Yo Honey Singh and Amrinder Gill. She then went further into the Punjabi movie industry and gave her acting contributions in movies like Ishq Brandy, Nikka Zaildar 2, Parahuna, Dil Diyan Gallan and Nikka Zaildar 3.
The actress got her first female lead role in the movie Sixteen and has also made her fans in the South side by working in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam language movies. She has appeared in many Hindi movies like Love Aaj Kal, Bittoo Boss, Mausam, and Netflix movie Khufiya directed by Vishal Bharadwaj.
