MUMBAI : The television industry has been making quite a buzz on the grounds of two actors being terminated on the grounds of being unprofessional.

There have been many actors from the set of the show who have come forward and expressed what they have to say about this particular decision. One of the television artists is Anshu Varshney, who is currently seen in Teri Meri Doriyaann.

In an exclusive conversation with Anshu, she expressed her take on the latest news which has made headlines.

Anshu shared, “An actor gets work on the basis of two things, acting skills and conduct. What I want to highlight here is that an actor got terminated on the basis of unprofessional behaviour and within a week he got new work with another popular production house. So are we promoting that artists can do whatever they want, they will keep getting work? It is a good thing that someone raised the issue and took a stand for unprofessional behaviour. But with this, are we actually promoting unprofessionalism?”

She further added, “What about the artists who are working hard on their acting skills and also conduct themselves well putting aside their mood swings? Imagine the plight of the producer and the extent to which he would be irritated that he removed the actor and risked his show. I am not saying that the actor should not get a show but getting a project within a week is surprising!”

What are your thoughts on the same? Do you agree with Anshu?
