MUMBAI: TV stars have mesmerized us with their fashion statements on numerous occasions. Recently, at a prestigious award ceremony, the who’s who of the entertainment industry put their best foot forward to rock the red carpet!

While most looked beautiful and nailed the red carpet look, a few missed it by a few points. Take a look here at the best and worst dressed stars of the evening:

While Nazar actress Niyati Fatani sparkles in a lehenga choli, Pooja Banerjee’s tube dress is not only good functional wear but also inspires us to look sexy during Navratri nights. Surbhi Jyoti, meanwhile, looks resplendent in a white lace embroidered gown and open hair. Erica Fernandes appears like a princess out of a Disney book! Gold never goes out of style, and Karishma Tanna is a complete head turner in it. Take a look at all the eye candy from the red carpet.

Coming to the worst dressed, the first in our list is Shivangi Joshi, who takes inspiration from the red carpet looks of Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, but fails to carry it off impressively. In addition, Divyanka Tripathi, who we believe looks her best in Indian and Indo Western wear, was in an ensemble that didn’t flatter her at all. And Parth Samthaan seemed like he had come to a marriage reception rather than an award function. Hina Khan was wearing more gold than our eyes can take. We also noticed Kullfi Kumarr actress Anjali Anand, who was not dressed to impress in a black-and-silver slit gown. We feel that basic accessories would have helped glam up her look.
