Arjun Bijlani shares his fitness mantra

And those who want to nail the art of acquiring the superb hot bod, here are few tips from the man. “Firstly, I used to work out twice a day and maintain a strict diet. And by that, I don’t mean starving myself to death, rather it means to eat healthy food at a fixed time of the day and eat at an interval of every three hours”.

“And my second tip is that if you want to stay healthy, please avoid sugar. Sugar is nothing but metabolic poison. If you avoid sugar from your foods, you can lose up to 5 kilograms easily”, added Arjun.
