MUMBAI: Akshay Kumar recently took to his Twitter handle to share a video talking about Bollywood's alleged drug nexus being probed by NCB and Sushant Singh Rajput's death case and has requested all to not put all Bollywood stars in the same category

Post the demise of the Chhichhore actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, we see the case is coming up with new twists and turns every day and we have seen how the case took a drastic change from SSR to Bollywood Drug nexus. While many big Bollywood stars have refrained from talking about the issues, it is Akshay Kumar who has released a video talking about how all the Bollywood stars should not be put under one category. He spoke about Sushant's sudden death and stated that after his demise, many issues in Bollywood have come to light that have forced Bollywood to retrospect its actions.

In the video, Akshay Kumar further went on to talk about alleged drugs nexus. He stated that he cannot deny that the problem of narcotics exists in the industry, however, he requested all with folded hands that people should stop presuming that everyone is involved in it. Akshay Kumar also requested the media to be sensitive while talking about Bollywood stars as any negative report can ruin the efforts put in by someone.

Akshay Kumar stated that Narcotics is a legal matter and he has full faith in the law enforcement of the country. He also stated that he believes that Bollywood stars will extend full cooperation to the Narcotics Control Bureau. Watch his video here.

A lot of stars have reacted to the video including Karan Johar who was recently blamed for hosting an alleged drug party at his residence on the basis of a 2019 video that went viral.

This is supposedly for the first time that a big star apart from Kangana Ranaut has come out and spoken about the issue of drugs in Bollywood.
