Parineeti Chopra was in Kill Dill mode a couple of days back when all of a sudden she lashed out at the media through a series of tweets. Though what provoked her to do so is still unclear, her tweets were clearly aimed at what she calls 'hypocrite journalists' who create sensational headlines through their stories and demean actresses according to her. Through four consecutive tweets, Parineeti vented her ire. Tweeted Parineeti, "Deepika speaks against a demeaning article. Kangana rejects any fake awards. Anushka sportingly writes about her lips. -Sonakshi shows a finger to the fashion police. I showed an ignorant (sex and periods) journalist his place. So proud and glad that --Actresses are not afraid to stand up to hypocrite journalists who demean them. They speak their heart and demand their respect!! GO GIRLS!!! However, not all journalists are so. Just those who only care for masala headlines. RESPECT those who believe in responsible journalism." Parineeti's run-ins with the media is quite famous. Not too long ago, Parineeti had lashed out at a Hindi speaking journalist for asking her questions on menstrual cycle which according to her were silly and ignorant. The feisty actress had taken another journalist to the cleaners last year at an event of Shuddh Desi Romance for passing a sexist comment against woman. In fact, in an interview with us, Parineeti had said that it was time for the media to draw a line and desist from printing gossipy articles that are untrue and will only result in creating unnecessary sensationalism. Our Take: Well, Parineeti may be you just need to calm down a bit. Yes, reporters and their questions can be pesky and irritating at times but then as a celeb you should be adept enough at handling such things. May be you should ask sister Priyanka for a tip or two for the latter rarely loses her cool even when faced with the most controversial questions.
