MUMBAI : A few days ago, there were reports that Akshay Kumar is planning to revive Hera Pheri, Welcome, and Awara Paagal Deewana franchises. However, to everyone’s surprise, Paresh Rawal yesterday confirmed that Kartik Aaryan is doing Hera Pheri 3. While Kartik’s fans got super excited about it, Akshay’s fans are upset with this revelation, and ‘NO AKSHAY NO HERA PHERI 3’ has been trending on social media ever since.

Not just Hera Pheri 3, there were reports that Kartik might be seen in the next installment of Housefull as well. So, if by any chance there are reports of Kartik replacing Akshay in Welcome and Awara Paagal Deewana franchise as well, we won’t be surprised.

We interacted with a few people about Kartik being a replacement for Akshay, and here’s what they have to say…

Yohaan: Kartik is the new superstar of Bollywood, and every franchise needs to be reinvented so he will be the perfect choice to replace Akshay in Hera Pheri 3, and other franchises.

Gauri: Akshay might be giving flops, but Hera Pheri is his franchise. We cannot imagine anyone else taking his place as Raju in the movie.

Ishaan: Akshay and Kartik both should do Hera Pheri 3. They both have great comic timing, so together they can create a hilarious film.

Rakhi: ‘NO AKSHAY, NO HERA PHERI 3’, I am not an Akshay Kumar fan, but to imagine Hera Pheri without him is difficult. It will be a big mistake to have Kartik in it.

Abhijeet: Akshay, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal, with these three I cannot imagine any other Hera Pheri installment, ever! Kartik can join the cast, but should not replace Akshay.
