MUMBAI: The SSR death probe led the ED to the drug chats between Rhea and Jaya, which then led to the arrest of Rhea and Showik and exposed the drug business in Bollywood. 

Since the last few days, many big names have cropped up in the drug case which has shocked the entire nation and the Bollywood industry. 

As per Times Now reports, the NCB has confirmed summoning Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Shruti Modi, Karishma Prakash, and Simone Khambatta. 

The summons will be sent in the next two days and the actresses will be coming down to the NCB office to face some questions and to record their statements. 

The biggest name in this list is mega superstar Deepika Padukone’s. Her name emerged in the case as the chats between her and Jaya about drugs was accessed by NCB.

On the other hand, Sara was known to SSR and she accompanied him on international trips, whereas Shraddha will be questioned as she had been to the Cchichoaree party and the NCB suspect that drugs were consumed then. 

The actresses will be joining the probe in the next few days. They have not been accused of anything, but will be questioned on their consumption (of drugs), and if they have consumed (drugs) from where did they get it. It will be a normal questioning round just to get more and more details about the drug cartel nexus. 

According to the latest development, Deepika Padukone will appear on September 25 along with her manger Karishma Prakash. Rakul Preet Singh will be summoned tomorrow, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan will be summoned on September 26. NCB is investigating the alleged drug nexus in Bollywood like no agency has done before.

The investigation is on and more names will be tumbling out of the closet.
