MUMBAI: Movie Coolie No. 1 was premiered on the OTT platform, due to the pandemic and was loved by the fans, the movie got some mixed from the critics but the fans loved the movie not only because of Varun and Sara but also for its amazing support, like Paresh Rawal, Javed Jaffrey, Rajpal Yadav.

And now the movie is all set to blow your minds once again with its world television premiere on 25^th April on ZeeCinema, and on this occasion team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with one of the amazing actors from the cast, Javed Jaffrey, the actor was seen expressing his excitement for the movie premiering on television and said the movie like Coolie No.1, a mass entertainer will now get more audiences through television premiere and revealed that it was great working with director David Dhawan, in fact, David was the main reason for him to do the movie, he was following David’s work and always wanted to collaborate with him and finally he got this chance with Coolie No.1 remake.

The actor also revealed the utmost care David and the team took of him when he was having a 102 fever and was shooting the movie.

Javed Jaffrey also said he looks forward to doing more versatile roles in his life and wants to keep the audience entertained.

Well indeed, we loved the actor in the movie as Pandit Jai Kishen/Secretary Jackson and we look forward to his more work in future.

Coolie No.1 directed by David Dhawan is a remake of the 1995 film of the same name, the film stars Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan and now the movie will have a world television premiere on 25^th April at Zee Cinema at 12pm.
