During the media interaction, Akshay Kumar spoke in detail about how this movie Mission Raniganj is different from the recent commercial releases.

Akshay Kumar says that the movie Mission Raniganj is not Jawan, Gadar 2 or Rowdy Rathore, movies like Mission Raniganj have a separate fan base and niche audience. There are few people who will definitely love such movies who always look forward to such type of content.

The actor also says that it is one such movie which is very important to be shared to the fans and audience because most of the people do not know about this incident.

Talking about his character preparation the actor says that he got the chance to speak with Jaswant Singh Gill, the real hero on whom the movie is based. Also talking about the most challenging sequence of the movie, he says there was a scene where he had to go down in the capsule that was the most challenging sequence for him.
