MUMBAI: This week Anand L Rai's Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi released and we also got a new face in the industry. We are talking about actor Jason Tham who plays Chang in the film. Chang's character is a mix of both comic and villain and Jason has portrayed it aptly on screen. What is astonishing is the critics’ reviews and audience's love for Jason which has been constantly flowing in.

When asked about it, Jason said, "I am elated. I have no words to express my gratitude and love to my director Mudassar Aziz and producer Anand L Rai. They were the ones who showed their trust in me and I could excel as Chang. The reviews are overwhelming. They have mentioned Jason Tham is the talent producers and directors should look out for. Then there are messages which say you have won my heart. Someone also said Jason Tham is the surprise package of the film. I am overwhelmed with all the love and positive reviews from critics and audience. All the hard work has paid off."

Jason has quite a long appearance in the film in fact he is there from the first scene to last scene.

He said, "All of my close friends have watched the film during the weekend and are thrilled. My fiancee Deeksha and our respective parents are super happy. I too am in a happy space as recently I have got engaged to Deeksha who is also an actor."

"There are also reviews where people have mentioned that there have been cult comedies down the years like Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro or Andaz Apna Apna to name a few and Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi looks all set to join the club,” he added.
