It all happened when a complaint was filed against Khan at Mumbai’s DN Nagar Police station. The complainant had accused the actor of snatching his mobile phone while he was filming the actor as he was cycling on Linking Road.

Previously, a cross-application was also submitted by Salman’s bodyguard against the owner of the mobile phone which mentioned that the actor was being filmed without his consent. The complainant, in this case, is a local journalist named Ashok Shyamlal Pandey. The matter was later moved to the Magistrate Court for further jurisdiction.
