MUMBAI: Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the most popular and talented actors in B-town. However, currently he is in news for the wrong reasons. Earlier, there was the shocking news of his brother getting accused of sexually harassing his niece. A police complaint was also filed in Delhi. In her report, the accused revealed how he molested her when she was only nine years old. Further, she also stated that Nawaz didn't help her as he wasn't ready to believe her claims. Reacting to the same, Nawaz's ex-wife Aaliya stated how much such shocking revelations to be disclosed in the coming days. Now, the actor's other brother, Shamas Nawab Siddiqui has come forth and responded to all the accusations, albeit indirectly.

Taking to his Twitter, the producer revealed how the accuser is misguiding the law and filed the same case with a different statement this time. He adds that Nawazuddin's name wasn't mentioned in the earlier statement given to the court. He also indirectly accused Nawaz's estranged wife Aaliya of publicising fake things and claimed that the truth will be out soon. "How can someone misguide the law and file the same case with different statement at Delhi Police, when there was no name of Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the earlier statement given two years back to court and the case is #UttarakhandHighCourt as well." 

He added, "It clearly indicates the motive and the person behind publicising this fake things in media. Truth will be uncovered soonest."

In a conversation with E Times, Nawaz's niece had alleged, "I have filed a complaint about sexual harassment by my uncle when I was nine years old. My parents were divorced when I was two years old, so I had a stepmother. I was tortured a lot. As a child, I didn’t understand thinking it was my uncle, but when I grew up I realized it was a different kind of touch. There was violence too.”
