MUMBAI: Anupam Kher had shared that his wife Kirron Kher has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. He has continued to share updates on Kirron’s health. Anupam took to his Twitter recently to call out a journalist for being insensitive about his her illness. The actor slammed the lady for claiming he his ‘changing colours’ because of his wife’s health.

He tweeted, “This is how people like @namratazakaria can stoop to any level of degradation.” He added, “The lady is not only unbelievably insensitive about #Kirron’s illness, but she also uses this situation to declare her fantasy like a vulture and without giving any proof of her claims. Shame on you.” The actor said that the journalist is using the situation about Kirron Kher’s illness to declare her fantasy, without giving any proof of her claim. Reacting to Anupam Kher’s tweet, many fans spoke against the lady. Many slammed the lady over her statement and criticized her actions.

For the unversed, Namrata wrote, “So here’s why #AnupamKher is changing colours. It’s his wife #KirronKher’s illness. It seems she’s been asked to vacate her plum seat in Chandigarh and make room for someone else. So unfortunate, so #BJP.” She claimed that Anupam is “apparently changing colours” because of Kirron's illness. The tweet also stated that Kirron has been asked to vacate her seat in Chandigarh.
