MUMBAI : Race has been one of the most successful franchises in the Hindi movie industry. Race 1 featuring Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Khanna, Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor and Sameera Reddy received a lot of love from the audience. The movie was released in 2008 and was directed by Abbas-Mustan.

Considering the popularity and the love received, the makers came in with a sequel of the movie wherein we once again got to watch Saif Ali Khan and Anil Kapoor along with John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Ameesha Patel, and Jacqueline Fernandez. Directed by Abbas-Mustan, the movie was released in 2013.

Later, hitting a refresh button, there came Race 3 with entirely new cast and new story. This time, the movie was directed by Remo D’Souza and was released in the year 2018. The cast of the movie featured Salman khan, Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah, Bobby Deol, Saqii Saleem and many more.

While Race 1 still remains in people’s hearts, the successor movies also received a lot of love from the audience. The audience was surely excited to watch Salman Khan in the series and also Bobby Deol in the negative role. The audience loved it so much that there was a buzz asking for a sequel to the movie.

Well, it seems that wishes have come true as now as per sources, Race 4 is on the cards. That’s right, Ramesh Taurani, Remo D’Souza and Salman Khan have joined hands again for Race 4. While the shooting for the movie will begin later this year, it is also said that this upcoming movie will be the final part of the franchise.
