MUMBAI: One of the most loved franchises of Bollywood movies is the Munna Bhai series, no doubt both the Munna Bhai movies were loved by the fans all over. Till today when we see the movies Munna Bhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munna Bhai we love to see it all over again.

Do you remember there was a time when the makers have announced part 3 of the movie Munna Bhai which was titled as Munna Bhai Chale America, but the movie never got made, here is the reason why, in one of his interviews director Rajkumar Hirani revealed that Munna Bhai 3 was based on the subject which was very much similar to the movie My Name Is Khan, in his interview Rajkumar Hirani said that the story was like circuit played by Arshad Warsi falls in love with a girl, and on the marriage day the girls Family comes to know that circuit parents are Muslim, and they are against this married.

So on this Munna Bhai played by Sanjay Dutt tries to give a good message through this movie by saying that if the president has said something wrong against Muslim even he will say sorry.

So in this way the director said that there were many similarities between the Munna Bhai 3 script and the movie My Name Is Khan, so the project got shelved and was never made.
